Sick of snakes.........

    Walk outside to my quail pen tonight to pick up eggs and there is......was a 5 1/2 ft long now headless chicken snake!!! He already had one of my babies though, hope he enjoyed his last meal!!! [​IMG]

    mammals in the spring, snakes in the summer? makes sense with the snakes, they are hot and their metabolisms are kicked up... need a quail farmers almanac...
