Sick Orpington with yellow runny poop

This morning we discovered Miss Lucy got locked out of the coop last night. Her behind was messy with yellow runny poop. My husband said she didn't move around alot all day but he put her by the water and food. She drank but didn't eat much. I tried giving her yogurt w/ honey but she didn't really want it. I put vinegar in her water so I hope that will help her. Any body got any idea of what happened. She was fine yesterday.
