We have a flock of 5 pullets who are a month old now. We purchased them two weeks ago from a feed store who said the chicks are vaccinated for Mareks right after hatching.
So two days ago one of our pullets came out of coop in a.m. With a limp. Now today she is unable to stand or walk with stability. She stumbles and falls to one side. She is alert and will drink and eat if I sit and talk to her! We have her isolated on a heating blanket in the house and am giving her Gatorade and VetRX. I'm afraid it could be Mareks and we could lose our very first entire flock! Any help would be very appreciated!

if I see the slightest sign of sickness in my Flock (2 1/2 years) I use plain yogurt, colloidal (spelling may no be all there) silver, and diatomaceous earth. saved my flock more time than I can count.

It can't hurt to treat her for coccidiosis. I hope it not Mereks. :fl you can pick up Corid at a feed store to treat coccidiosis. Here is a you tube video....just warning you that it can be hard to watch but it is informative. Also some don't always have bloody diarrhea, my one hen didn't.

There are those birds that receive the vaccination and still do not build immunity. It may not be Marek's related, and the bird is in a weakened state due to coccidiosis or perhaps something else. You have them in a coop.

Are you supplying heat, monitoring temperature?

Are the feeders and waterers clean with fresh feed given each day?

If you are using a starter/grower feed, is it medicated feed?

Do not give Gatorade to your birds. All the sugars in solutions like Gatorade can create a thirst and predispose birds to bowel problems. It is a good practice to use vitamin-electrolyte and probiotic soluble powder in waterers labeled for poultry.

Extra calcium can cause bone deformation and liver/kidney damage in month old chicks. Yogurt is not a wise addition to diet at that age. If you depend on colloidal silver and DE to treat your birds every time some of them get sick, you'll be posting in the Emergencies section soon enough seeking assistance.

X2. Coccidiosis can effect chicks from the first week of life. Here's additional information of importance regarding coccidiosis:
