She was fine when she came home, but a few days after she started loosing wheight and coughing with diarrhea. I wormed her . She also has a losss of appetite and isn’t playing. So any ideas what she has?

You need to take her to the vet.

    My first thought is coccidiosis.

I was going to get a fecal sample to see what it is. I’ve had trouble with Coccidia in my goats, and I didn’t know if the dog could get it from them. She’s been sleeping with the baby goats

You didn't mention whether your pup is fully vaccinated, or has been exposed to other dogs recently. Coughing isn't usually a symptom of coccidiosis. But I also think you should take her to a vet for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Coughing isn't a parvo symptom either. I would be more concerned about heartworms or other parasites.

Young to be coughing from heartworms. What type of situation did she come from? Intestinal parasites are very common. Depending on where she came from she could have kennel cough or parvo. Regardless she does need to be seen by a veterinarian.

Kennel cough or intestinal parasites... I'd make a vet appt especially with weight loss. You don't want the puppy to get to a point it can't recover. Puppies are quite fragile once they reach a certain point.

Again: parvo does not cause coughing. It is an intestinal virus which has nothing to do with respiratory problems
