Sick quail

Hello

I have an adult quail that is in a dire situation. I went to my quail enclosure and I saw that this quail keeps rolling around with his neck in a very awkward position. I believe he may have dislocated his neck but I am not sure. Like I said he keeps rolling and flipping like its having a seizure with its neck almost upside down. Should I put it down or wait to see if it goes back to normal? Please help?

How is your quail doing? If he's still alive and the problems are still persistant, would you be able to upload some pictures of him?
