Sick rooster!

I have a rooster that seems to have very runny poop. He isn't eating or drinking. He stands up but doesnt move around a lot. Just wondering if anyone can help. He has no other signs of sickness. Thanks

Could be coccidiosis. My hen was acting that way, and then she started having blood in her poo, and it escalated from there. If it cocci, it is important to start treatment early since it can be fatal, like it was for my hen. I didn't figure out what it was until too late.
There are lots of other posts on here about coccidiosis symptoms and treatments that might be of use.
