Sick silkie. Help

I have a sick silkie. She went to the the bet a week ago. She had a egg break inside and is on antibiotics and an anti inflammatory. She has not been eating well and this morning is very weak. I think she need vitamins? Food? Any help is appreciated.

Have you talked with the vet since the first time. There should have been improvement by now if it was going to happen.

Thank you for your reply. I did have a call in to her. She was improving. Just eating less. They told me her appetite might be off because the medication has a bad taste. But she must of had something else. This morning she was laying on her side and I held her to examine and see what was wrong. That’s when I noticed her neck was maybe showing slight wry neck. But before I could even get my chicken aid box out. She had passed. Thank you for the reply. This has been such a wonder place for help.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m dealing with a similar situation, can you please tell me what medicine she was on? My Silkie was given antibiotics (SMZ) and is now developing wry neck.
