Sick silkie hen

I was feeding my chickens yesterday afternoon and I picked up on of my hens to just give her a look over. I noticed she started to made a funny noise and when I turned on her side/upside down to look at her feet and vent she started to sneeze blood. I turned her upright and she sneezed a few more times. I separated her from the others to monitor her. She did eat some food but was not wanting to move a whole lot and her droppings are mostly white. This particular hen does not like to be handle and is pretty skittish. I have not noticed her sneezing before and she has no discharge from her eyes or nostrils and does not appear to have labored breathing. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I would isolate her for now. Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT) is a respiratory disease that causes bloody mucus secretions from the nose.
