Sick Turkey

I have a one and a half year old BBB tom that is sick. He is very unsteady on his feet and appears to unable to raise his head. His snood is drawn up and he hasn't been eating. Any ideas as to what it could be or how to treat it? Thanks for any advice! My husband and I are fairly new to the backyard poultry life.
