Sick turkey

I have a sick turkey he started over a week ago with swollen sinuses, all other turkeys also got it the coop gave me duramycin all have been on it for a week all are all better except the one that started it I finally found some tylan but it's in a powder it says 20% rylan and it ment to be put in the water my question is cant this somehow be mixed and injected into the mouth or under the wing or in the sinus or does it have to be put into the water ??

The same I drained his sinuses once then started him on ammoxicillin 125mg 2x a day today is the 24hr mark no change and sinuses are full again ??

How much does he weigh? The amoxicillin dose for turkeys is 57 mg per pound twice a day.

I'm really at a loss should I drain the sinus daily? Should he be on something different? I'm just not sure all others are great now
