Sick young chicken laying down, won't stand up, looks sick????

well, I figured out the culprit. I went to check on her and saw at least two worms in her droppings. She is unresponsive and not moving hardly at all, I did see her "jump" once. She looks like she is about to die. Is there anything I can do to help her or is it too late?

After treating them with wormer, we have yet another chicken showing the same symptoms!! It is lethargic just laying down like it is about to die. This will make our third that has died..

I just finished 5 day Corid treatment and today a chicken is dead and one is still acting funny and having diarrhea, it is walking real slow and I watched it sit down and it took it longer than usual like it is weak. I didn't give them vitamins after because we have already spent a lot of money on these chickens, but if that is why one is dead than I will go buy vitamins to prevent anymore from dying. I just really want to know why that one died. My husband found it dead in the coop this morning with no signs of injury.

After being wormed, even if the wormer knocks out all of her worms, it may take a chicken that is this ill up to a month to recover. What did you worm her with?
