    1) What type of bird , age and weight.
Black Hen Silkie, few months (Still has chirpy voice not grown up sound)

    2) What is the behavior, exactly.
started a few days ago. Tail down, standing in one spot (basically where we put her down she stays), just a little wobbly on balance, Head pointing down (she will raise it occasionally), slight head twitches, eyes closed shut until we get some water in her,we wiped of her eye encase of any build up

    3) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
    Not that I see

    4) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Not sure, got her form a breeder along with another one that looks just fine. Don't know it it was the move stressed her out, or different environment.

    5) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Bought her in last night and started giving her water with a turkey paster, did the same thing this morning, and force fed her a little bit of scrambled egg

    6) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Dark green, really runny, stinky boy-howdy

    7) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Nothing so far, the vet doesn't have an opening until tomorrow evening

8 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Just trying to find out whats wrong with the poor thing until we can get it in to the vet

    9) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
I try to get on up. problems with digital camera

    10) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Have her indoors now in a plastic tub with a heat lamp on part encase she gets cold. Before we bought her in Outdoor coop attached to igloo doghouse

Ps I might be lacking on some info, this is my first "sick" post Ill fill in the rough parts just need a little guidance

    thank you

Silkies seem to be more prone to not adjusting well to a move. Start trying to get her to eat anything, put pedialyte in her water. Give her some polyvisol vitamins. If you have hand rearing formula I would be pushing that on her too.
