Sickly chicks what to do??!

I picked up 8 chicks last night. A few seemed quite sluggish. 1 Wyandotte had awful poppy butt that I carefully softened with a damp cloth and removed but that chick passed away then a couple hours later I found the other Wyandotte had passed as well. My last one is a bit sluggish and I'm very worried. My Sultan looked awful this morning and had very cloudy watery eyes but she looks to be much better than this morning.

They have medicated chick starter and I rinse out the water 3x a day.
What can I do for the remaining 6???

I'd for sure add some chick booster (powdered electrolytes available in the poultry section of farm and ranch stores). Might give them some pep. Hope they pull through. Did you get them from a store? Through the mail?

From a store. Unfortunately the closest feed store I have is 45 mins away I can try to go after work tommorrow if they are open. Can I use pedialite in the meantime?
