. . . because the van the old one is on hit a utility pole last night and is pretty much dead. Although, thank God, none of us are.
It was a close thing, though. If not for some fancy driving by DH, I would be in the hospital (at best).
I've been veering back and forth between GLAD TO BE ALIVE
and SUPREMELY BUMMED ABOUT 2ND CRASH IN 2 YEARS
all day. Of course, we had only PLPD, so nothing is covered by insurance (like $380 for the tow).
