silkie and normal roo

Ok I'm not for sure this is my silkies egg. Its is small and whitish and I shouldnt have any that lay white. Anyway I cracked and these eggs are fertile. I have a Golden laced wyandotte roo. My question is should I even attempt a hatch? She was just sorta a store impulse buy because she was almost dead as a chick and so I saved her. I love her to death and would love a few more but you know genetics in chickens is not really my strong suit. I am breeding mostly for chicks that end up dinner but wasnt even sure if it would produce silkie size chick or a normal size chick. With the egg being so small it wont hatch a normal chick. Should I not even chance it? Anyway tried this just to see?
