Silkie baby with bad legs pics cull or not to cull :(

Here are pics of the one baby Silkie chick that has the bad legs. They are real hard to take a picture of. I did put a baindaid splint on it but I am afraid that its leg is to bad. Hope you can see from the pic its so hard to get one to see the extent of the leg. I dont want to cull but it is so small and the leg looks broke or something. Even with a little band aid splint it still cant stand just hobbles :*(

I've had them the same the first one I thought it was dislocated but if you get a band aid on it asap it has a good chance of recovery. It may take a few weeks but it should go back
