Why are one of my eggs like this

Has she just started laying? Pullets may have odd colored , misshapen , shell-less or tiny eggs. It takes awhile to work the kicks out of the egg laying machinery. There is nothing wrong with that egg, just didn't lay down the pigment evenly.
 
Yes she has just started laying it weird thou because it's almost winter here and she's starting to lay eggs now I've got five so far yesterday she didn't lay any then today she layed two
