Silkie barred rock mix boy or girl?

I am not familiar with the genetic end to know the sex link outcome, but the barring looks male. Late development is possiblely connected to it being part silky. The Silky genes may be the reason 4 small comb and wattles. It looks like you should know for sure soon.

Whoa thank you for all the responses! The father is the barred rock and the mother is a first generation silkie mix. I hatched the parents both out as well so I’m not sure of any genes before that. (eBay)
