Silkie chick 24 hours old can't stand up

I have a silkie chick that hatched 24 hours ago. He has yet to stand. He lays on his side and flops. His neck is tucked to his stomach, and he doesn't spread his feet. I have spoon fed his some electrolyte water. He perks up while drinking and will lift his head slightly, but doesn't spread his feet. As soon as I put him down he flips over.

Can you get some polyvisol or chick saver (Tractor supply should have some in stock) for her? That should help her a bit. Good luck!

With polyvisol infant drops (NO IRON) I would suggest give 2 drops 3 times a day. Either put on food if he will take it, or put drops just inside his mouth, so he can push out if he doesn't want them. Maybe also would like plain yoqurt. Did the chick have an especially rough hatch?? Hatching is exhausting for a chick.
