Silkie Cockerel... promising or no?

he's kinda dirty so this is a pathetic example of him but here's my first ever adultish silkie! (my others are chicks). I got him when I went and picked up my pet quality call ducks. I had the choice between him and what they were calling a silver crested.... the silver crested looked nicer but i had never heard of such a color and I know I can atleast breed a black to blues so I chose him instead. He's got 5 toes on each foot.....but other than that i dont know if he's breeding quality or not or if I need to wait longer to tell. I'd say he's about 5 months?

Could his poof on his head possibly get bigger? Or is this IT?

The poof wont get bigger. He is pet quality for sure, but very cute.
He should have way more foot/leg feathering. Feathering should be heavy at least to the middle toe. His wattles are also way to large, and his beard should be fuller.

Wattles-Bearded - very small, concealed by beard., natural absence preferred

His cushion should be larger and his earlobes should be very small almost concealed by the muffs, and should be turquoise.
