Silkie dad & Isazul mum - is it a rooster?

I'd really appreciate some help determining if this is a boy or girl? Dad is a Silkie rooster and mum is an Isazul ( Andalucia breed- also sometimes called Biblue). It is three months old at the moment and we really have no idea yet if it's male or female. Any help much appreciated.

Thank you - it's what we feared. I'll get started on trying to re-home him then. I only have three ladies (and a very senior rooster) so I don't think he can stay. Much appreciated.

It's a cockerel.

With the red shoulder patches, I’m going with cockerel. Comb size and what looks like male saddle feathers are coming inare also clues.
