Silkie gender

This is my 14 week old silkie Blu. Any ideas if this is a pullet or rooster? I’ve been back and forth on the gender. I think (and hope) its a girl but those streamers make me think boy. Blu has very small wattles and a small V shaped comb. Super sweet and very easy to handle. Nothing like the male silkies I’ve had in the past. Thanks in advance!

Absolutely no first hand experience with silkies, but I don't see that as anything but a cockerel.
The face just looks like a boy to me.
