I'm thinking this one is a boy

How old are they? They look to be about 5-6 months? i think you're right on the third one, looks like a girl to me. That second white one is most likely a girl, too. On your first white one, it might be a boy. But if he's at least 4 months, i would think the comb would be bigger. Can you take pics of the feet? Because those are dead giveaways when it comes to sexing silkies who are the same age. Boys will have significantly larger legs and feet.

I'll try to get pics of their feet. At the very least I'll go look.

I think the balck one is younger, but I don't know how old any of them are.

The second one in the OP is NOT a pullet. The comb and wattles are far too pronounced to be a pullet, and on top of that, he has streamers, which is always signifies a definitive cockerel.
