I’d bet money on the first one being a pullet. As for the other two, more knowledgeable people say pullet so I’m gonna agree. Also cute chickens.

I think pullets. Both sexes can have wattles, if beardless. Bearded silkies will not show them

And we have two solid layers at 23 weeks! (White- laying tan eggs and the buff one- laying cream eggs) The third Silkie (blue) is “crouching” when we come near so I’m quite certain all 3 are female! Yes!!!
