Silkie male or female?

I know this has been done before, but I need some help with these. First time chicken owner/ I have 3 silkies, a buff (largest), white, and blue (smallest in size). Are they male or female? They are all 20 weeks and behave similarly. None have a large comb but the buff one does have some waddles! Thank you for any help or advice!

I'm not an expert, but my guess is the buff is a roo, and the other two maybe pullets.

I think all pullets (young hens).
I had 2 silkie cockerels and yours look like pullets.

All look like pullets. Your buff is beardless, so waddles are more evident. Other two are bearded. I do not see any streamers and body type looks female.
