Silkie...male or female?

I have 3 silkies 2 white 1 black.
2 I can not tell if they are male or female.Only 1 at the moment I feel I can accurately say is female.
Also 1 of the 3 seems to be a satin silkie mix.I am.posting pics.The first pic is Iggy a white silkie This is the only one I can say is female.The 2nd pic will be the white satin silkie 3rd my black baby.

What age is appropriate for me to finaly let the coop open during the day so they can be out to free range? And will they go back to the coop since they have been raised there? I have 2 barred rocks and 2 isa browns 8 months old that are free range during the days .I am concerned how the older birdss would treat the babies.lol.

You can let them out any time, but must be supervised.
