Silkie missing a toenail

So I belive I've seen this before but didnt pay attention to it until today. Her "thumb" I would call it, it's the tiniest toe in the back that looks like a thumb to me. Well shes missing a toenail there. It doesnt seem to bother her, I dont think. I couldnt get any pictures because she doesnt stay still and is very skittish

it's not bleeding. I mean to me it seems it's been gone long enough to heal over.
