I got 9 mystery eggs yesterday! There is a lot of possible breeds:

I literally asked the manager if he had any eggs from the chickens in the show (it was a 3-day event) and he gave me 10 eggs for free!

Today's day 1!
I decided to turn the eggs manually because of the lack of space in the incubator. And with having to open the incubator to turn the eggs I decided I could candle. I candled a few but I only saw something in 1 egg. But I do understand that you may not see anything right away so... That means more waiting! I should pick up the Salmon Faverolle eggs today!

Exciting! Would the possible breeds be pure, or a mix when they hatch out?

I got the eggs from a poultry show so they are probably pure!

What incubator are you using? I got 2 Salmon Faverolle hens today, 18 months old. They are gorgeous and so laid back, no problems at all introducing them to my lot although I don’t want to spk to soon

Exciting news!
I just sold 4 of my silkie eggs! And... The person kindly offered to hatch up to 15 eggs for me FOR FREE! I think I'll buy 3 Ayam cemani eggs, 3 cream legbar eggs and 3 Brown leghorn eggs! + I have 2 Tilly eggs (lol) that I would add to them!
