Silkie... pullet or cockeral?

I just got this adorable little silkie that is about 3 months old and is said to be a girl. I just want to double check cause I'm not positive that's correct. Anyways... what do y'all think? I will love him/her either way! BTW the polish in the back is a rooster I'm pretty sure? He hasn't tried mounting the hens yet but I assume he is just getting used to his new home.

I thought so. He/she doesn't really even have a comb yet but I thought I saw what looks like the start of streamers on the back of her/his head? Kinda a bummer but I'll still love him.
