Silkie pullet or cockerel

For the longest time I thought this little one was a pullet. Was looking at him/her today and am thinking this one might be a boy now. I am not sure because he/she makes your typical female noises. But was looking at the comb and wattles and am wondering is this just a slow maturing male. I thought I saw streamers too. Any guesses as to pullet or cockerel would be appreciated.

i'm leaning towards a cockerel based on the crest which appears to have streamers but everything else says pullet...how old?
