A breeder in your area would probably be your best bet. You can just google silkie pullets near wherever you live.

I know this is late, but if you haven't found any My Pet Chicken does sex silkies. They are a hatchery and I don't know what kind of quality you are looking for but you can buy silkie pullets from them. They have very small shipping qtys also.
