Silkie.....red or partridge/red??.....h/she?? Opinion please

    4 weeks old yesterday. love the coloring. Only 1 I have like it.

    thanks so much. I was hoping for a red. I've got many mixes but this one is really red out of them all.

    looks like a darker buff silkie to me. my red silkies that came from Ideal were a deep mahogany color.

    I thought he was leaning towards crowing someday. [​IMG]
    Is it that fat crown?
    That and I see he is MUCH bigger than his brothers/sisters all are. Very assertive/inquisitive bird as well
