I am thinking that this little chick (6weeks) is looking like a rooster but it is my first silkie chick so I was looking for some input from some other members. Thanks :) and I'm kinda thinking it may be a mixed silkie because it doesn't have the dark dark skin of the silkies I have looked at?

    At 6 weeks, that's a rooster.

I had watching the poof on the top of his head for a week or so thinking it was kinda looking like those streamers ppl had mentioned in other posts that the silkie roosters get and then a few days ago the comb started to become more noticeable. Ahhh what's another rooster, working on our next coop/run so it's not like I can't keep him

Looks like a cockerel to me, too.

Given the size of its comb and wattles at 6 weeks, I'm thinking cockerel as well.
