Silkie Rooster?

    This guy (I hope) is about 2.5 or 3 months I think. I may be way off on his age also. Is it a rooster? Everyone else has that problem where they end up with all roosters, I have the opposite problem where no matter what I do, if I buy them young, they are all hens!

    I would say Cockerel. My what call bearded blue Cockerel took a lot longer to develop a comb and tiny wattles. My four silkies are 6 months old. My cockerel, Blue Beard,[​IMG] just got a little maroon color to his wattles a few weeks ago. He also just got a few streamers. [​IMG]

    Definitely a roo! Saw him having his way with a partridge hen yesterday, the tried it again today and she was having none of it!
