I've been pretty skeptical on having any of these turn out to be hens, and with some rain this morning was able to get better photos of their comb.

I'm 99% certain the black silkie is a roo (BIG comb, more present wattles) and heavily questioning the others.

No crowing yet, but are in with a large polish male who is likely suppressing the others crowing. 4.5 mo.

You are right, all appear to be cockerels.

I optimistically named my one Silkie Roxanne - until she/he started crowing at 18 weeks or age. Then I was sure that Henny-Penny was a Rooster - until she layed an egg last week at 14 weeks of age :) I still have her hatch-mates Fluffy and Curly that I an waiting on....

Silkies - don't know until they Crow or Lay and Egg!
