My silkie roo(?) was crowing at 4 weeks old and did that for about a week. Now I don't hear anything except peeping. It's been a week now and no crowing. Is this normal?? Could he be a she?? I know it seems funny, but I'm just concerned. [IMG]

He hasn't thought of a reason to crow again... [IMG] In a few weeks he'll start crowing again and never shut up! [IMG]

I don't know ... I don't have a rooster myself, but I never heard of them crowing at 4 weeks. I thought it started when they are around 8 weeks old. Are you sure it was crowing?
