Silkie with Chicks and Eggs

1 week ago we were given a Silkie with a nest of 12 eggs under her. I do not know when the eggs were all laid or have any timeline. In the last week 4 eggs have hatched, and 2 have died. The hen seems to be either loosing interest in the eggs, or just can't handle typing to keep 6 eggs and 4 chicks warm. Often when we check on her several of the eggs have been pushed out from under her. We have never hatched eggs before so I am wondering if it would be best to a)remove the chicks and put them under a heat bulb, b) remove the eggs and put them under the heat bulb (I do not have an incubator), or c) just let her do the best she can and leave everyone alone. The others most likely won't hatch at this point. But you could candle and if they are still viable take the chicks and let her focus on the eggs.
