Silkie x Easter Egger cross? Is the green egg gene dominant?

I have a Easter Egger x Silkie egg in the incubator that is on day 12. This may sound like a dumb question but the hen is a silkie and the rooster is a Easter Egger--can a chick that size hatch out of a bantam egg? Lol. Anyways, I'm curious, assuming the little critter does hatch, it will have a crest and five toes and blue skin (like the silkie) and normal feathering (like the EE). The silkie is buff and the EE's white/black. But is the green egg gene dominant? Also, would it have a walnut comb or pea comb? I'm assuming it would have a walnut b/c walnut is dominant. Also, if you have any pics of silkie x EE's post them! Thanks!
