Silkie X Leghorn Crosses

    Does anyone have pics of a Silkie X Leghorn cross? I have some eggs in the bator with Brown Leghorn & White Leghorn eggs with the same Splash Silkie roo. I am curious as to what the chicks may look like. I haven't found any in the Silkie mutt thread.

    No silkies here, sounds like an interesting cross. You will have to post pictures when they hatch.

    Update

    1 is hatching now, the other will follow in the next few days.

    that does sound like an interesting cross... perhaps a silkie that lays prolifically? Can't wait to see the pics of what hatches out.

    Here it is! It has the Silkie toes and leg/foot feathering. As it feathers out I will see what else it has.
