keeps twiching his head is thart normal every time he pecks around his head is shaking and every time he drinks it does the same thing.none of the other 3 silkies does it.

The head twitching could mean he has "wry neck," which mostly occurs in crested birds. Does he act like this?

I'm not sure what to tell you for complete treatment, but I do know that many BYC members use the vitamin supplement Poly Vi Sol (without iron) just to make sure it wasn't caused by a vitamin deficiency. It doesn't necessarily mean you're feeding them the wrong food, some just need a little more than others.
