    How old is it? I'm thinking cockerel, though Silkies are very difficult to sex.

    I say rooster all the way...body shape, comb size, mohawk rather than pom pom...plus none of my grown female Silkies have ever had that much wattle....unless I just happen to have small wattle girls.
