Silkies or Polish?

Hi, I’m getting into breeding chickens on my farm, and I was just wanting to get some info from experienced chick-raisers: what is a more expensive breed to profit off of (in terms of eggs and popularity)... silkies or Polish? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I only have experience with silkies but I would say silkies, just based off of what I've seen good quality ones sell for. Most polish have big crests and it's harder for the average person to tell the difference between pet and show quality, but everybody loves the big poofy silkies and good quality is very obvious, especially compared to those scraggly hatchery kind. I've seen a dozen silkie hatching eggs routinely sell for over $60 (good quality) - much more than polish, and I think the breed is also generally more desirable to people who want chickens because of how unique they are.
