17 week old silkies, seeing if anyone could tell me characteristics of figuring out their gender. Thank you

Top one is likely a female. Bottom one is likely a male.
Silkie females develop very little comb even as an adult, and practically no wattles. Males have a much more pronounced and even reddish comb.
Females tend to be squattier, tear drop shaped, with a pom pom crest.
Males tend to stand a bit taller, be lankier, and have more of a mohawk type crest.
But sometimes you have to simply wait for a crow or an egg, especially with Silkies.
