Silkies to Vietnam

Can anyone tell me how I can get silkie chickens or fertilized eggs into Vietnam. My friend has an uncle there that raises chickens and absolutely loves them.. His nephew has limited English abilities so I'm doing the research for him.

I think you may encounter customs issues declaring what you are sending. I know that they asked me all kinds of questions as I returned from foreign lands back home to USA . Concerns are about introducing invasive species, be it plant , animal , or bacteria. I did not bring anything, because I know it would be confiscated. and for good reasons. Silkies are from that part of the world or nearby anyways .
