Silkies ... what 'colors' do I have

Won't even try to ask sex yet ... I hope I'm not silly and asking about color too soon. I've looked at photos of Silkies and I really don't see a lot of difference sometimes between blue, gray or splash.

The one on the right is darker than it appears in this photo...closer to a dark charcoal. Thanks for any insight!

I'm interested to hear the response to this. I also have a really tough time telling the difference between gray and blue.

I'm not very good at colors, but I think the light one in the first photo looks like what I would call a splash.
