Can't tell if this white one is a hen or a rooster. He used to be the biggest out of all of them but the other 2 developed their rooster traits and this one I feel like I see streamers and a raised crest but not like the other 2.

I’m saying rooster. Silkies all develop differently. Some will develop faster, some will develop slower.
