And I'm not sure what created this; silkie x polish or my Sultan, I call um my firecracker chicks
and these are so so sweet, i also have one in steel laced grey color, I'd like to breed more....[IMG]

Now those are some lovely birds! [IMG] #2 looks like a sultan x silkie mix to me, has a sultan looking shape. [IMG]

They're beautiful! Mutts make some of the coolest looking birds, IMO.

Your first one looks very close to one I got recently. He's a modern game x silkie x EE cross. He's got long black legs, bearded, and a very nice red single comb. What's so outstanding about him is his color. His entire body is laced in silver with a silver shaft, and the feathers on his neck and back have the deep turquoise sheen, almost like a peacock. I've bred him with my little black cochin cross to see what kind of chicks I'll get. I'm hoping for more of the silver lacing. They're both about the same size, so they babies should be bantams, too.

I'll try to get a photo of him tonight.

I forgot to add that my Serama just hatched some babies she made with my bantam silver birchen cochin. One will be gold birchen like her, the other black. I'm calling them Scochins.

I have babies from the roo and a black mixed cochin hen hatching today. I told my husband to bring the camera home from work today so I could take photos. One of the chicks was the first to hatch, and boy is that baby LOUD! It's also tar black. [IMG]
