We hatched this out this spring. I thought it was a splash. But was looking at splash silkys online and it doesn't look like them.
I think its a rooster but not sure?

Is it a splash? or some weird mix? I had my black/blue seperated from my whites but there is a chance one of the white roosters got with my black hen once.

Also was given this pretty girl from a friend is it a blue or splash??? I know its a hen she lays. lol (not the best picture they are in a chicken tractor and didn't like the intrusion of the camera through the top wire!) She is very pretty a med dark blue on head fading to a light grey/almost with a purple color at the back of her back.

Thanks in advance for the help

So I should sell that rooster then huh? Not something to involve in a blue/black/splash breeding program??

    Thanks again

Quote:That or an oddcolored grey? I wouldn't keep him in a blue, black, or splash breeding program if you want those three colors. If you wanted to pursue the color maybe try crossing with black hens? But idk anything about genetics so I couldd be totally off.
