Silly bird!

    I was out in the Hen House feeding and so forth.

    I have a number of lovely white Homing pigeons living in the coop. One of them had made herself a little nest on the floor, and there she was, brooding three eggs. Three ORPINGTON eggs.[​IMG]

    She was sort of balanced on top of them.

    Sorry, bird. I took them away.[​IMG]

    Oooooh- poor girl! Maybe you oculdget her some quail eggs if she doesn't have her own to set. Too sweet!

    I am just not sure what a baby quail would think when the pigeon mom and dad (they share) tried to stick its beak down its throat!

    And what a pigeon parent would think when its baby got up and walked the first day! Wow--WHAT AN INTELLIGENT KID!
