Silly String in Organic Garden

So I'm new to gardening, We are about to start our organic garden. When we bought our ranch it came with a section with a lot of big raised garden beds. So the other day we had a party at the ranch and the kids started playing with silly string in the garden, leaving silly string in some parts of the garden. I'm wondering if the chemicals in the silly string will affect the soil in the garden, or am I just being paranoid?

Kids still around? I'd have them clean it up. It shouldn't be too difficult to clean up. I'd not want to leave it around, myself. As much for the reason of keeping it out of the soil, as for keeping my animals from eating it. If you have chickens, you know that they'd fight over every single morsel of the stuff.
